Hi, I had all my documents set up using the “product_short_decription” shortcode in the product table, they were working fine, i have just gone to issue one and the “product_short_description cells” are not working, in fact they are rendering the whole table to blank. If i replace that code with “item_name” it works but obviously without the main description? I need the main descriptions.
I have emailed this and the templates to you as well

Can you make sure you have used product_short_description column in product items table instead of the shortcode [wcj_product_short_description]? Also, could you share the table template so I could take a look?

Hello, when i change to the “product_short_descriptions” code, the table cells mess up, all over the place!
I only changed the “item_name” in the pdf_invoice_items_table on the template for the pdf invoice?
