Hi,

The problem with the deadline date seems to be when start date and deadline are in different months.
– start date = 2020/04/12, deadline within 2020/04: correctly showed
– start date = 2020/04/12, deadline within 2020/05 or above: showing today (or product’s modified date?)

The Deadline Date is not properly showed with tag [wcj_product_crowdfunding_deadline]: it shows product’s modified date.

Also: the start date makes the product unavailable before. Does the deadline put the product unavailable as well?

Thank you.

You could buy the same number of sales as previously recorded with a coupon….

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately it’s not possible to adjust the data after the fact yet but we have added support for this to our todo list.

Best regards,

There were to buyers before I installed the plugin. How can I correct the statistics now?

You really should add a way to choose which status to count, because “complete” won’t happen with crowdfunded preorders until the campaign is done – possibly even months later. This is a vital feature which really should be built in.

My second question: is there any way to hide the stats from the crowdfunding campaign after the end date?

What will be happened when the end date is gone? I mean will it automatically set a new end date or stop?

Thanks
Abu

Hi Darlei,

Unfortunately these progress bars do not have unique ids or any class names yet so it is not possible to edit them individually. You could apply CSS code to “progress” element like this:
progress {
width: x;
}
