Hello,

No, unfortunately, uploading the file related to a particular order is currently only supported on the checkout page. As it will be hard to find order if customer is guest as he is not able to access order on the site.

Is this plugin suitable to allow the customer to upload a post payment proof after the purchase (even several days after). This is for people who choose to make bank transfer to pay the purchase and report the payment to the store owner.

Is it possible to have different uploads go to different upload files based on the their category? At the moment all uploaded files go to “checkout_files_upload”.

For example, I want Category X uploads to go to “checkout_files_upload_X” and Category Y uploads to go to “checkout_files_upload_Y”

Is that possible in the standard plugin? Is it something I could code myself, and, if so, where would I go for documentation on the files?

Hi!
2 questions
1) is it possible to show booster checkout files upload metabox on vendor’s (WooCommerce Product Vendors) admin pages?
2) Even if i have checked “Attach Files to Admin’s New Order Emails” , Admins don’t receive any attached file in their email. On the opposite if “Attach Files to Customer’s Processing Order Emails” is checked customer receives attached files in his email! How is it possible?

Is there a way to change the order status to Completed once the customer uploads a file using the WooCommerce Checkout Files Upload feature?

Is there a way to show on the orders screen when a file has been uploaded and attached to an order ?

is the upload available as ajax upload? What I find is that customers have to doble reload page so they can upload. They fill in the fileds, then when attaching they lose the written fields and have to rewrite them
