I guess this [wcj_customer_billing_country full_country_name=”no”] call the Already logged admin’s country in backend, but not the order’s,

In reply to joody. hi, I just found the admin billing country is fiji, and on frontend, in buyer's order page, the order number with right suffix, however in backend of admin, all of order number with same suffix "FJ".

Hi, when i use [wcj_customer_billing_country full_country_name="no"] in the order number
all orders with FJ as the end, can not generate the right abbr.
[wcj_customer_billing_country] generate fiji.
I guess the reason comes from changed the hosting and moved database once,
is there a way to find out the problem from database and fix it, thanks!

my wordpress is UTC+8 but Order Number always show UTC time

i cannot seem to disable the plugin. i feel as though i must be missing something obvious… but i haven’t had this happen on any other extensions that i’ve “reset”.

– i’ve tried unchecking and saving, with no luck
– i’ve tried resetting the order numbers module with the red button, but it refreshes the page with the checkbox checked

any other suggestions on what to try?

Hi, we have been using this for a while and want to change our order numbers to start from a new number that is the same as our new invoicing system. I changed the number in Sequential: Next Order Number and changed the Number Generation from Order ID to Sequential and tried a test order but it’s not starting from the new number I put in. Can you help please?
