I added a global discount of 3%.

The first problem was that the function “round” did not work properly, so I chose “floor”
Now it looks okay on the shop page but when I put a product variation in the cart the price on cart page is less (6% off).

Could you please help me with that? In the meanwhile this issue became very urgent..

I already tried Emails & Misc. > General” and enabling “Recalculate Cart Totals on Every Page Load” checkbox there but it did not help.
I also sent e-mails to support@booster.io but no response so far.

When we run accounting reports (or view within WooCommerce Admin/Analytics), WooCommerce coupons correctly register as discounts in the reporting. Unfortunately, Booster Global Discounts are not showing.

We ran a holiday promotion for a month, and reports do not show any different gross/net sales from when global discount promo ran.

Hi,

Unfortunately that’s not possible yet. You would have to resort to either including/excluding products themselves or adding all products you want to discount to a category or assign a tag and discount them.
